Privacy notice
Who we are
The controller of your data is GROWGRAPH, a French SAS registered with the RCS of Paris under SIREN 932 800 519, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Full publisher details are in our legal notice. For any question about your data — including access or deletion — write to team@growgraph.dev. We answer every message.
Analytics cookies
We use one optional analytics service, Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies only after you accept the cookie banner; if you decline or make no choice, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time with the button below.
Newsletter and demo requests
If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address in our database (Supabase) and mirror it to our email provider (Resend), which we use to send the updates you asked for — nothing else. Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. If you request a demo, we store the details you submit (name, email, company, message) so we can respond. We do not sell or share these lists, and you can have your data removed at any time by emailing us.
Sign-in cookies
If you sign in to the application area, strictly necessary authentication cookies (Supabase) keep your session working. They are set only when you sign in and are not used for tracking.
Sign-in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID through our authentication provider (Supabase). We use them only to sign you in and to identify your account — never for advertising — and we do not sell or share them. To have your account removed, email us.
OntoCast
Documents you upload to OntoCast are stored in Google Cloud (EU, Belgium) and deleted when their processing job ends, at the latest after 7 days. Their text is sent to our language-model provider (OpenAI) to extract the knowledge graph. The resulting graphs and your account records (balance, jobs) are stored in Google Cloud (EU) and kept until you ask us to delete them.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc.; standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are processed there to serve and secure the site.
Cookie preferences
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: reset your choice and the banner will ask again on the next page view.
